Consent Attestation
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2, 2026 · VERSION 1.0
1. Explicit approval
Each transaction or message requiring a signature must be presented through your wallet for explicit approval. Review the network, token mint, amounts, recipient, slippage, fees, and requested permissions before signing.
2. What your signature means
By approving a wallet prompt, you attest that you initiated or knowingly authorized that specific request, reviewed the material transaction details, understand blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and accept the associated network and market risks.
3. What you never provide
Nexux will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Do not enter either into a website, support chat, form, or transaction memo. Reject unexpected signatures and verify the domain before connecting.
4. Revocation and records
You may disconnect your wallet and revoke eligible token or application permissions through compatible wallet tools. Completed on-chain transactions generally cannot be revoked. Wallet prompts and public transaction signatures may serve as technical records of authorization.
5. Product status
The current Nexux terminal is a visual product preview using mock market data. The connect and execution controls do not submit transactions.
6. Support
Report suspicious prompts or security concerns to security@nexux.family.
