Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2, 2026 · VERSION 1.0
1. Information we process
We may process information you provide, device and browser diagnostics, cookie preferences, product interactions, and public blockchain data associated with wallet addresses you choose to connect. The current terminal is a product preview and uses mock market data.
2. Why we process it
We use information to operate and secure the service, remember preferences, diagnose failures, improve performance, prevent abuse, comply with applicable obligations, and communicate when requested.
3. Wallets and blockchain data
Wallet addresses, token balances, and transactions may be permanently public on Solana. We cannot alter or delete data recorded by a public blockchain. Connecting a wallet does not give Nexux custody of assets or permission to transact without a separate wallet approval.
4. Sharing and retention
We may use infrastructure, analytics, security, and support providers acting under appropriate restrictions. We do not sell personal information. We retain data only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
5. Your choices
You may reject optional analytics through the cookie banner, clear local browser storage, disconnect your wallet, and request access, correction, or deletion of eligible off-chain personal information.
6. Security and international use
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or blockchain system is risk-free. Service providers may process data in multiple jurisdictions subject to applicable safeguards.
7. Contact and updates
Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@nexux.family. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
